Yu Yu Hakusho OC- Koruna of the Shedding Blood

Koruna used to be a human. When she was born, she had black-tipped hair/bangs, and grey hair on the rest, an omen of an early death. The omen was true, for the demon Hiei killed fifteen students, including Koruna, and fled from the school the massacre took place. Koruna was only twelve years old.

In mourning, her parents decided to ask the local Alchemist how to bring their dead daughter back. It was a full year before Koruna was revived. She had the abilities of necromancy, but had her original personality from before her first death, and even remembered it. Yet there was one thing she couldn't control: Her madness.

Having gone insane and accidentally murdering her parents, Koruna fled the murder scene in tears, not meaning to do so. She tried to use necromancy to bring them back, but received a huge scar on her right eye in the process.

Knowing for a fact that a demon killed her, she assumed Urameshi Yusuke killed her, and saught him out for the truth, because she wasn't sure. He eventually straightened things out, explaining that Hiei killed her, not Yusuke.

Now knowing that Hiei killed her and not Yusuke, she seeks revenge against him, and won't stop until he dies.
